Scotland’s housing market is showing encouraging growth with a continued rise in sales and enquiries. According to the Royal Insitute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) new new buyer inquiries and agreed sales rose for the 3rd consecutive month in Aprill. Significantly the long term outlook suggest a more upbeat picture for house prices with 28% of surveyors predicting a rise in house prices over the next 12 months with just 5% expecting a fall.
